Problem in my device (maxisys)

    Hello
    When i pressing power button ,my device is stuck on (maxisys) logo and stay their until the battery  is died   and dose not go to the home screen.
    It is possible to formatting the device by usb flash memory,and what file should I copy to the usb flash memory to formatting  the device? 
    Please help me.

     Try calling tech support. They will probably tell you how to get it going again

    I am currently facing the same issue with my device.

    Can somebody help us? And why it is happening
